Was inspired by the movie Mahogany featuring Diana Ross. In this movie she was an average Beautiful young woman from the hood. Her only dream was to become a seamstress but she got caught up in a relationship with a man who was well connected and could make her the most famous model in the world. She had become famous. However her relationship had begun to unravel she risked everything which caused her to lose her one true love of her life.

She finally chose herself and left her relationship behind and went after her dreams became one of the most famous one of a kind seamstress. In the end she Got her true Love.

So I created Mahogany Honey to help women of color of any shade to believe in yourself, bet on yourself. Put yourself first. On the days you don't feel like getting out of bed.
